NEW Player Code of Conduct ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY - READ CAREFULLY
In order to continue making the Minnesota PGA Junior Golf Association enjoyable for everyone, we will be requiring all members to adhere to a
new set of guidelines as pertaining to our *Code of Conduct* Zero Tolerance Policy. The *Code of Conduct* needs to be followed at all
times while the junior is participating in a MN PGA Junior Golf Association event. Starting in 2010 any conduct unbecoming a junior
golfer and not following along with our *Code of Conduct* will get the junior immediately disqualified from the event they are
participating. Juniors will no longer be given one warning for the first code of conduct violation by an official and then a
disqualification for the next violation. There will be no more second chances for bad behavior!
Please click here to read the new player code of conduct
Liability Release
All juniors that are members of the MN PGA Junior Golf Association need to have a signed Liability Release form on file at our office. This is
mandatory to participate in any of our programs and you will not be allowed to play in any events without one on file. You can download the
Liability Release form below and either fax or mail it back to our office. Click here to download the Liability Release Form
